The powerful T231 from Vector Welding is a DC TIG welder with 200A in TIG mode and 200A in MMA (electrode) mode.

Thanks to IGBT technology, the T231 features high pulse duty cycle capability and delivers a precise and efficient TIG welding process.

The HF ignition, combined with the necessary control, power, and working capacity, enables a wide range of professional welding tasks. The T231 offers everything you need for metal welding.

DC TIG Welding: Welding of virtually all metals
Pulse Function: During pulse welding, the welding current alternates between the output current and the peak current at the desired frequency. The longer the intervals, the less energy and heat are applied to the workpiece
High-frequency ignition (TIG)
2-stroke / 4-stroke
MMA/STICK/E-HAND: Coated electrodes are used—in this process, the electrodes serve as both the arc carrier and the filler material.
Modern IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) technology enables fast and thus low-loss switching of electrical currents
Hot Start: Every time the welder is restarted, an overcurrent is supplied to assist in striking the arc.
Arc Force: Molten material transfers more easily to the workpiece. Prevents the arc from extinguishing if this material causes contact between the electrode and the molten pool.
Anti-Stick automatically shuts off the welding generator if the electrode sticks to the workpiece and must be detached by hand without damaging the electrode clamp.
