Manufacturer's Notice to End Users
In accordance with European directives (Directive 2012/19/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 August 2012), used electrical and electronic equipment must not be disposed of with unsorted municipal waste. They must be collected separately. The symbol of the crossed-out wheeled bin indicates the need for separate collection.
In Germany, the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG) of 20 October 2015 requires that old devices be collected separately from unsorted municipal waste.
Lamps, if present, as well as batteries or accumulators, must be removed from the device before disposal and disposed of separately.
Controls / Welding Helmets:
- Batteries from welding helmets can be easily removed from the LED cartridge.
- Device controls can be dismantled using a standard TX25 or flathead screwdriver.
- Batteries or accumulators are located on the back of the controls in holders on the circuit board and can be easily removed.
In our products, batteries or accumulators of the types CR2032 / SR44 are used. The specific type is indicated on the top of the battery or accumulator.
The deletion of personal data is the responsibility of the end user.
