200 A MIG/MAG welder with dual-pulse and plasma cutter
Weld aluminum, steel, and stainless steel, then cut sheet metal: This 230-V multifunction welding machine combines MIG/MAG with single-pulse and double-pulse modes, flux-cored wire welding without an external shielding gas supply, DC TIG with HF ignition, MMA, and plasma cutting. This allows you to handle a variety of tasks in the workshop, repair shop, and metal fabrication without needing a separate power source for each process.
Welding aluminum with MIG double pulse
For aluminum work, MIG programs are available for AlSi and AlMg, as well as single-pulse and double-pulse modes. The double-pulse mode promotes a uniform, scale-like weld bead pattern. A 3.5-meter-long wire guide tube for aluminum and pre-installed U-shaped feed rollers are included. Compatible aluminum welding wire and suitable shielding gas are also required. Important: Aluminum is welded with this machine using the MIG process; the TIG mode operates exclusively with direct current and does not offer AC TIG.
Gas-shielded welding with Synergy and automatic wire feed
With 40–200 A in MIG/MAG mode, you can process various materials depending on the wire, shielding gas, and settings. Selecting the material and wire diameter in Synergy mode helps optimize the welding parameters. Wire feed and voltage can be adjusted to suit the task. The pulse functions are available in Synergy mode. A spot function is available for short tack welding; 2T and 4T modes allow for different operating sequences via the torch trigger.
Welding with Flux-Cored Wire Without an External Gas Cylinder
For jobs without an external shielding gas supply, the Gasless mode is available for suitable self-shielded flux-cored wire. A roll of E71T-GS wire with a diameter of 0.8 mm and a weight of 0.5 kg is included. This allows you to select a suitable process even when you do not want to use a shielding gas cylinder. The wire guide, feed roller, and polarity must be adjusted to match the wire being used.
DC TIG welding with contactless HF ignition
The DC TIG mode offers a current range of 10–200 A and HF ignition for starting the arc without contact between the tungsten electrode and the workpiece. The included WP-26 torch features a 4-meter-long hose assembly. This provides a process for precision welding in addition to wire welding. The required shielding gas and filler materials suited to the task must be provided separately.
50 A Plasma Cutter for Sheet Metal and Blanks
With a cutting current of 20–50 A and HF ignition, this combination unit can also be used for plasma cutting. The SG55 cutting torch with a 4-meter hose assembly is included. Cutting thicknesses of up to 12 mm are possible, depending on the material and working conditions. A suitable external compressed air supply is required for cutting operations.
Electrode Welding for Repair and Maintenance
In MMA mode, you can weld with coated electrodes at 30–160 A. Adjustable Hot Start and Arc Force assist with ignition and arc control. The VRD function can be activated. An electrode holder with a 3-meter cable is included. Thus, electrode welding complements gas-shielded welding processes for a variety of repair and maintenance tasks.

Whether in a repair shop, metalworking shop, or a demanding home workshop: The advantage lies in the combination of processes. The LCD menu can be set to German, English, Spanish, or Russian. Memory functions make it easy to reuse settings. IGBT inverter technology and MCU control form the technical foundation; automatic fan on/off and overheating protection round out the features. The power connection is single-phase at 230 V. Connection specifications and permissible operating times must be observed in accordance with the operating instructions.
Three torches and aluminum accessories included
The package includes MIG/MAG, TIG, and plasma torches, a ground clamp and electrode holder, flux-cored wire, several sets of feed rollers, and other connection and torch accessories. The exact contents are listed in the separate packing list. This is the equipment included with the CTM250 PRO model from VECTOR WELDING. A shielding gas or compressed air supply and personal protective equipment must be provided separately, appropriate for the selected welding process.
