The right process for your project
MIG/MAG welding with shielding gas:
For welding with welding wire and an external shielding gas supply. Depending on the application, an argon/CO₂ gas mixture or pure CO₂ is used.
FCAW flux-cored wire welding without a shielding gas cylinder:
With self-shielded, no-gas-required flux-cored wire, you can work without an external shielding gas supply. A matching 0.5-kg spool of flux-cored wire with a 1.0 mm diameter is already included in the set.
Lift TIG welding:
The Lift TIG function expands your options with another welding process. The welding current can be adjusted from 10 to 200 A. Pure argon is supplied externally.
MMA (stick) welding:
A current range of 30 to 170 A is available for welding with stick electrodes. An external shielding gas supply is not required. Hot Start, Anti-Stick, and Arc Force round out the features.
For various materials and material thicknesses
Depending on the welding process and filler material used, the MIG 200 is suitable for carbon steel, low-carbon steel, stainless steel, and cast iron. The recommended working range is for material thicknesses of 1.2 to 6 mm. Depending on the material, process, and settings, applications ranging from approximately 0.8 mm to a maximum of 8 mm are possible.
Compact design, clear display
The digital display clearly shows the set parameters and makes it easy to adjust the machine to the specific welding task. IGBT inverter technology, fan cooling, and a carrying handle round out the features of this 8-kg unit. With dimensions of 375 × 158 × 200 mm, the MIG 200 remains compact.
