WELDER + PLASMA CUTTER 200D

The AC/DC TIG PLASMA 200D from Vector Welding is a combination unit for welding and plasma cutting.

With 10-200A in TIG mode, 10-170A in MMA/electrode mode and plasma cutting at 10-50A, the unit is well suited for installation, repair, maintenance and DIY.

The lightweight 200D has everything they need for metal welding or cutting jobs. It handles all weldable metals, including aluminum .

200 D FEATURES & BENEFITS:

3in1 combination unit: AC/DC TIG, MMA/STICK, plasma cutting.
AC/DC TIG welding: processes all weldable metals, including aluminum
HF ignition (TIG)
MMA/STICK/E-HAND: coated electrodes are used - in this process the electrodes are arc carrier and filler metal in one.
Hotstart: overcurrent is provided each time the welder is restarted, helping to ignite the arc.
Arc-Force: molten material is more easily transferred to the workpiece. Prevents the arc from being extinguished if this material causes contact between the electrode and the molten pool.
Anti-stick: automatically shuts down the welding generator if the electrode sticks to the workpiece and must be removed by hand without damaging the electrode clamp.
Plasma Cutter: CUT function using a plasma jet generated by electricity. This melts the material and carries it away with compressed air, creating a precise cut. All conductive metals can be cut with this method (e.g. steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, etc.).
