PLASMA CUTTER 100PD
The
100PD from Vector Welding is a plasma cutter with contactless HF
ignition. The machine is a strong and reliable partner in the fields of
installation, repair, maintenance and DIY.
The cutting current is continuously adjustable from 20-100A. The 100PD
achieves a maximum cutting thickness of 40mm and average quality cuts
up to 25mm.

FEATURES & ADVANTAGES:
- Plasma cutter: A plasma jet generated by electricity melts the material and removes it with compressed air - a precise cut is produced. All conductive metals can be cut with this process (e.g. steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, etc.)
- High-frequency ignition, contactless: first-class ignition behaviour without the need for contact with the workpiece
- Cutting thickness steel: maximum 40mm (hand guided). Quality cut average up to 25mm (hand-guided).
- Cutting thickness aluminium: maximum 25mm (hand-guided). Average quality cut up to 20mm (hand-guided).
- Cutting current continuously adjustable from 20-100A
- modern IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) enables fast and therefore low-loss switching of electrical currents
