The CT520 PD from Vector Welding is a combined device for welding and Plasma cutting.

with 200A in TIG mode, 170A in MMA/electrode mode and Plasma cutting with 40 A at 100V the device is well suited for installation, repair, maintenance and DIY.

The 6.5kg light CT520 PD offers everything you need for metal welding or cutting.

CT520 PD PROPERTIES & ADVANTAGES:

3in1 combi device: DC TIG, MMA/STICK, Plasma cutting
TIG welding: welding of almost all metals
HF-ignition (TIG)
MMA/STICK/E-HAND: coated electrodes are used - in this process the electrodes are the arc carrier and filler metal in one.
Hot start: every time the welding unit is restarted, overcurrent is provided and thus supports the ignition of the arc.
Arc-Force: Melt off material is transferred to the workpiece more easily. Prevents the arc from going out if it is damaged by thisthis material causes contact between the electrode and the molten pool.
Anti-stick: automatically switches off the welding generator if the electrode sticks to the workpiece and has to be removed by hand without damaging the electrode clamp.
Plasma cutter: CUT function with the help of a plasma beam generated by electricity. This beam melts the material and removes it with compressed air - a precise cut is produced. This process can be used to cut all conductive metals (e.g. steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, etc.)
Cutting thickness: maximum 12mm (hand-guided), quality cut 8mm (hand-guided)
Modern IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) enables fast and therefore low-loss switching of electrical currents
