The AC / DC TIG welder 200PfromVector Welding is based on the analog system. It offers a precise, professional AC/DC TIG welding process.

The 200P can be used for all weldable metals, including aluminum.The unit operates at 10-200A in TIG modeand 10-170A in MMA/Electode/Stick mode.

Easy operation and full functions: Thecontrol panel can be used to quickly set all the necessary controls forDC, AC TIG welding with HF ignition or MMA/electrode welding withcontact ignition.

AC/DC 200P FEATURES & BENEFITS:

  • AC/DC TIG: Weldingof allweldable metals including aluminum.

  • Adjustable AC output frequency allows the operator to focus the arc, minimizing theheat-affected zone.

  • The advanced AC balance control helps maintain a pointed tungsten needle to precisely control the arc in the weld joint.

  • ContinuousOutputControl: Focus the arc for different material thicknesses: 200A at 40% (TIG) and 170A at25% (MMA).

  • 2cycle / 4cycle

  • MMA/ Electrodes / Stick: coated electrodes are used - in this process the electrodes are arc carrier and filler metal in one.

  • Hotstart: overcurrent is provided each time the welder is restarted, thus supporting the ignition of the arc.

  • Arc-Force: molten material is more easily transferred to the workpiece, preventing the arc from being extinguished if this material causes contact between the electrode and the molten pool.

  • Anti-stick: automatically shuts down the welding generator if the electrode sticks to the workpiece and must be removed by hand without damaging the electrode clamp.
